The tools schools already know were built to monetize student attention and sell access to student data. Gigsup is built as the opposite: your record is yours, it is never for sale, and the law in every jurisdiction we operate in is our floor, not our ceiling.

Never. Not in the fine print, not ever.

✕We never sell student data. Not to colleges, not to recruiters, not to advertisers, not "anonymized and aggregated" to anyone.
✕No ad model. There is no feed, no attention engine, and no third-party ad tech inside the student experience.
✕No college marketing pipelines. Institutions never buy their way into a student's matches. Fit is scored on evidence, full stop.
✕The journal is off limits. A student's own words are never shown to schools, employers or parents without the student's say-so.
✕No dark patterns. Deleting your account is one click, and it actually deletes.

✓The student owns the record. Export it, take it anywhere; it even plugs into your own assistant through MCP.
✓Consent is explicit and granular. A counselor sees readiness artifacts because the student's school enrolled them, and the student can see exactly what is shared, with whom.
