why now

Three things changed at once. Counselling capacity collapsed while caseloads grew. Automation started rewriting entry-level work faster than any curriculum can follow. And the résumé, the artifact the whole system was built around, stopped carrying useful signal.

The result is a generation making irreversible decisions with fragmented advice, and institutions that know it and cannot fix it with headcount.

what we own that others do not

Our own validated instrument. VISI is built and validated in-house through doctoral research, not licensed. Competitors renting their assessment cannot change it; we improve ours every cycle.

A longitudinal record. Annual reassessment plus monthly journaling creates a dataset that compounds. The tenth year of a student's record is worth more than the first, and it cannot be bought or scraped.

Three-sided demand. Students adopt free, schools pay per student, employers pay to reach them. Each side makes the others more valuable.

These are early numbers and we treat them that way. The VISI validation study reports in early 2027, and our pilot-school outcomes land with the school year. Both get published here, whichever way they come out.
